I met Alissa at the Women’s Expo a few weeks ago, and after her invitation to visit the office, I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. I was personally greeted by Dr. Ho, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. It felt like I was talking with an old friend rather than meeting a dentist for the first time. Dr. Ho was honest, thorough, and straightforward about my dental needs, the treatment plan, and the timeline involved. I truly appreciated her transparency and professionalism. Alexis, the dental assistant, treated me with exceptional care, kindness, and respect throughout my visit. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Alissa also took the time to carefully explain my insurance benefits, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options. Navigating the reality of needing implants has been overwhelming, but her patience and willingness to answer every question made the process much easier to understand. The office itself is beautiful, equipped with the latest technology, and even offers relaxing window views that help put patients at ease. Every member of the team made me feel valued and cared for. This journey hasn’t been an easy one, but I left feeling informed, supported, and confident in my treatment plan. I can honestly say I have found my new dental home. Highly recommend this dentist office! I flew in from Texas and was having horrible pain and they got me in right away. The Dental Assistant Reilly was very kind and amazing with my X-rays. I really appreciate Dr. Tekle taking her time with her exam and answering all of my questions and concerns! I left with a piece of mind and able to enjoy the rest of the my vacation!
